All phones are professionally tested and come with a 12-month warranty. This is a significant advantage over buying a used phone from a private individual.

We offer pre-owned phones in the following conditions:

Mint condition

The phone may have a few small scratches or signs of wear, but looks almost new. Battery life is in good condition. Product is fully tested and works perfectly.

Very good condition

The phone may have minor signs of wear such as scratches, scuffs or other marks. Battery life is in good condition. There are no cracks in the screen. Product is fully tested and works perfectly.

Working condition

The phone has noticeable signs of wear, such as scratches, dents or other marks. The battery is in good condition. There are no cracks in the screen. Product is fully tested and works perfectly.

What do we do with used phones?

1. We carefully examine each phone and carry out various tests by our professional staff.
2. If the phone has technical problems, for example the speaker does not work, it goes for repair. If the phone does not meet our conditions, it is not sold to consumers.
3. We assign a grade based on the cosmetic condition of the phone and its battery capacity. To make sure you are happy with your purchase, we always try to grade the phone worse than it really is. So if you buy a phone in "working condition", it is actually a little better than you might expect.
4. The phone goes through the cleaning process so you don't get the dust and other particles on the phone.
5. We package each phone individually, adding the charger and sim ejector. Then it's ready to find a new owner :)
