1. You set up a boundary wire around your lawn. Wire will act as a virtual fence, so robot will operate only within that area.
2. Robotic lawn mower uses various sensors to navigate around your lawn. They can detect obstacles and adjust their path accordingly to avoid collisions.
3. Depending on robotic lawn mower manufacturer, it uses different patterns to move in a random or systematic pattern across the lawn.
4. After robot completed its job, it returns to the dock which is placed somewhere on your lawn. If the battery runs low, it will return to the dock for recharge.
