APPLE Care+ with Theft and Loss for iPhone 16e

AppleCare+ is an extended warranty and technical support service offered by Apple, providing peace of mind to iPhone 16e owners. It offers extended hardware protection and access to Apple experts for support.

What AppleCare+ Covers:

• Hardware Protection: AppleCare+ covers repairs or replacements of your iPhone 16e if it is damaged. A service fee applies to each claim. A €29 fee applies for screen damage, and a €99 fee applies for other types of damage.
• Battery Service: If your iPhone 16e's battery cannot retain at least 80% of its original capacity, AppleCare+ covers the battery service.
• Technical Support: You get priority access to Apple’s phone-based technical support if your iPhone 16e stops functioning properly.

With AppleCare+ Theft and Loss Protection, you get all the above coverage plus protection against theft or loss of your iPhone 16e. You are covered for up to two theft or loss incidents within 12 months. A €149 fee applies for each theft or loss case.

• Normal Wear and Tear: AppleCare+ does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, such as scratches or other cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the device.
• Intentional Damage: AppleCare+ does not cover damages resulting from intentional, careless, or fraudulent actions, such as deliberately damaging or abusing the device.
• Natural Disasters: AppleCare+ does not cover damages caused by natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, or other similar events.
• Device Loss without "Find My iPhone": AppleCare+ Theft and Loss Protection only covers cases where the "Find My iPhone" feature was enabled during the device’s loss or theft.

AppleCare+ comes with an excess fee that varies depending on the type of damage. A €29 fee applies for screen damage, and a €99 fee applies for other types of damage. For theft or loss incidents, a €149 fee applies.

AppleCare+ can only be purchased at the time of buying a new iPhone 16e. We cannot sell AppleCare+ separately for used or already activated devices. Add AppleCare+ to your cart along with the new iPhone 16e during the purchase process.

The benefits of the AppleCare+ agreement are not covered by Apple's limited warranty or consumer protection laws but supplement the rights you have under those laws in your jurisdiction.
