APPLE Care+ for iPhone 16e

AppleCare+ is Apple's extended warranty and technical support service, providing peace of mind to iPhone 16e owners. It offers extended hardware coverage and access to Apple experts for support.

What AppleCare+ Covers:

• Hardware Coverage: AppleCare+ covers repairs or replacements of your iPhone 16e if it is damaged. A service fee applies for each claim. A €29 fee applies for screen damage, and a €99 fee applies for other types of damage.
• Battery Service: If your iPhone 16e battery is unable to hold at least 80% of its original capacity, AppleCare+ covers the battery service.
• Technical Support: You get priority access to Apple’s telephone technical support if your iPhone 16e stops functioning properly.

• Theft and Loss: AppleCare+ does not cover theft or loss of the iPhone 16e. If you want coverage for theft and loss, you can opt for AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss Protection, which covers up to two theft or loss incidents within 12 months.
• Third-Party Damage: AppleCare+ does not cover damages caused by third parties or their negligence.

AppleCare+ comes with an excess fee, which varies based on the type of damage. A €29 fee applies for screen damage, and a €99 fee applies for other types of damage.

AppleCare+ can only be purchased at the time of buying a new iPhone 16e. We cannot sell AppleCare+ separately for used or already activated devices. Add AppleCare+ to your shopping cart along with the new iPhone 16e during the purchase process.

The benefits of the AppleCare+ agreement are not covered by Apple's limited warranty or consumer protection laws but supplement the rights you have under those laws in your jurisdiction.
