The Braun ThermoScan 7 is an infrared ear thermometer. It has a color-coded display (green / yellow / red) for easy, quick interpretation of the measurement results. The definition of fever changes with age. Braun's Age Precision technology takes a child's age into account when taking their temperature. With the wide-angle probe, which is also suitable for smaller ear canals, the temperature of all family members, including newborns, can be measured precisely. The Braun ThermoScan 7 is fast, gentle and easy to use. The measuring tip is pre-warmed to 34°C, making skin contact more comfortable and ensuring professional accuracy. ExacTemp positioning technology confirms in seconds that the thermometer is stable and the measurement can be taken accurately. The last nine temperatures measured are stored. The last measured temperature is automatically displayed for 5 seconds when the thermometer is switched on again. To avoid cross-contamination, always use a new, clean Braun Hygiene Cap disposable probe cover before taking a measurement.
