Me Auriga on päivitetty versio Me Orion -mallista, ja siinä on useita antureita. Aiempien kahden punaisen portin tilalle on tullut neljä punaista porttia, mutta toiminnot ovat pysyneet samoina. Portti 5 on tarkoitettu pelkästään sarjaporttiviestintää varten, eikä sitä voi käyttää ohjelmien päivittämiseen. Portit 6 - 10 ovat yhteensopivia kaksisuuntaisen digitaalisen rajapinnan, I2C-väylän, Unibus-väylän, simulointikäytön ja simuloitujen sarjaporttien kanssa. Me Aurigassa on portit encoder-moottoreille, älyservoille ja kehän muotoisille LED-valopaneeleille (virtakytkimellä).
