• What is the Multitronic PC Configurator?  
  The Multitronic PC Configurator allows you to build a custom PC by selecting from compatible components, including the processor, graphics card, RAM, and storage. Create a PC that’s tailored to your needs, whether for gaming, work, or general use.
• How does the assembly and delivery process work?  
  If all selected components are in stock, we begin assembling your PC immediately. If any components are not in stock, we wait for them to arrive from suppliers before starting. Assembly and testing usually take 3-5 business days once all parts are ready.
• Do I get a warranty with Multitronic PCs?  
  Yes, each Multitronic PC comes with a two-year warranty covering both parts and labor. This warranty covers any hardware issues related to components or assembly, providing peace of mind.
• Can I save my configuration and come back to it later?  
  At this time, we do not offer a configuration-saving feature. However, this is on our development roadmap, and we hope to provide this option soon.
• Can I add other items from the website to my PC order?  
  Yes, you can add additional items to your cart along with your Multitronic PC. If you intend for these items to be part of the build, we’ll incorporate them during assembly. If any selected item is not compatible, our team will contact you to discuss alternatives.
• What if I want to order unrelated items that shouldn’t be included in the build?  
  For items unrelated to the build (like additional RAM for your other PC), we recommend placing a separate order. This ensures that only intended components are included in your PC assembly.
• Can I upgrade my Multitronic PC in the future?  
  Absolutely! Our PCs are designed for easy upgrades, allowing you to replace or add components as needed over time. If you have questions about compatible upgrades, our support team is here to assist.
• Will my PC be tested before shipping?  
  Yes, every Multitronic PC goes through extensive testing, including BIOS updates, compatibility checks, stress tests, and performance benchmarks. This ensures your PC is fully operational and ready to use out of the box.
• Can I change components after I place an order?  
  Once an order is placed, changes to components are generally not possible, as we begin the assembly process soon after. However, if you need adjustments, contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.

• What is a Multitronic PC Upgrade Bundle?  
  The Multitronic PC Upgrade Bundle allows you to purchase essential components for upgrading an existing PC. Instead of a full build, you can select a combination of motherboard, processor, RAM, storage, and graphics card, ensuring compatibility and convenience.
• How does the upgrade bundle work?  
  You select at least three components from our upgrade bundle configurator. We ensure compatibility across all selected parts, so you don’t have to worry about matching them yourself. This makes upgrading easier and more efficient.
• Is assembly included in the upgrade bundle?  
  No, assembly is not included. This package is designed for users who are comfortable with self-installation or have assistance for the installation. We simply provide the compatible parts for your upgrade.
• Can I add additional items to my upgrade bundle order?  
  Yes, you can add extra items to your cart along with the upgrade bundle. If you intend for those items to be part of your upgrade, we’ll ensure compatibility and contact you if any issues arise. For unrelated items, we recommend placing a separate order.

• Can I return components in the upgrade bundle if I change my mind?  
  Our standard return policy applies to upgrade bundles. Components should be unused and in their original packaging for returns to be accepted. Please contact our support team for more information on returns.

• Do you offer financing options for Multitronic PCs and upgrade bundles?
